Our mission is to serve as the trusted bridge between Greece and Eurasian countries. We connect businesses, investors and institutions across both regions; guide them through the legal, tax and regulatory landscape of each market; and work alongside chambers of commerce, investment agencies and diplomatic missions to turn shared history into shared prosperity.

Message from the President

President, Hellenic-Eurasian Commercial Council
The Hellenic-Eurasian Commercial Council (HECC) is a politically unaffiliated, member-based non-profit organization of business leaders and investors. It was founded in 2026 to create value for its members, its partners and the wider public.
We are building the HECC on a simple belief. Greece and the countries of Eurasia share centuries of trade, culture and exchange, and that history should be matched today by strong, trusted business ties in both directions. The HECC aims to be that bridge. Greek companies should find partners and opportunities across Eurasia, and Eurasian investors should find a reliable gateway to Greece and the European Union.
We aim to bring together a diverse international membership: Greek and Eurasian companies, investors, family offices, professional firms, and diplomatic missions, along with international organizations and financial institutions that share our goals. Through dialogue with governments and official bodies, business missions, and practical support for cross-border investment, we will work to turn goodwill into lasting commercial results.
