Our story
Greece and the nations of Eurasia share centuries of connection through trade, culture and the Greek communities that have long lived across the region. Yet the business relationship between them has not kept pace with that history or with the opportunities in front of us today.
Eurasian companies and investors are looking for a reliable gateway into the European Union and the Mediterranean. Greek businesses are looking for new markets, partners and capital beyond their traditional horizons. Too often, both sides face the same obstacles: unfamiliar legal and tax frameworks, limited trusted contacts, and no single place to start.
The Hellenic-Eurasian Commercial Council was founded in 2026 to close that gap.
As a private non-profit, independent organisation, HECC brings together business leaders, investors, advisors and institutions committed to building lasting commercial ties between Greece and Eurasia, in both directions. We exist to:
We believe that the strongest partnerships are built on personal relationships, mutual understanding and long-term commitment. HECC exists to make those partnerships possible.
What we do
Forums, roundtables and business delegations that bring Greek companies and Eurasian partners into the same room.
Market briefings, regulatory insight and trusted introductions that lower the risk of entering unfamiliar terrain.
A single, credible voice for the Greek–Eurasian business community in dialogue with institutions.
Principles
Non-political and non-partisan. We serve our members and the relationship itself, never a single interest.
Every initiative should create value on both sides of the bridge.
Sensitive commercial and diplomatic conversations stay in the room.
Relationships built for decades, measured in trust rather than transactions.
Our community
Membership is open to organisations and individuals with a genuine, lasting interest in the Hellenic–Eurasian cooperation.

Students and early-career entrepreneurs joining through exchanges and mentorship.
Governance
Sets the overall direction of the Council and represents it to partners and institutions.
